Bio
Marlena von Kazmier is an experienced makeup and hair artist whose clean and detailed work focuses on supporting and amplifying the inherent beauty of her subject. With over 15 years of working in commercial, fashion, editorial, film, television, and music video productions, she is skilled in conventional makeup and hairstyling, as well as wildly imaginative special effects and prosthetics. She loves working with a diverse range of clients to understand their vision and create concepts that resonate with their brands.
Marlena values connecting with people and earning the trust of whoever is sitting in her chair so they can feel confident about how they look and really focus on the shoot. She believes that clear communication is essential to support creative expectations and make sure that everyone on set is happy.
